This project consisted of an office build-out in the Historic Marshall Field’s building in downtown
Milwaukee. The scope of work included new partition walls, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, electrical
systems, and finishes. The custom-made maple door frames, millwork, borrowed light glazing, and
reception desk enhance the attention to detail of this project from design through construction.
