This project provided additional exam rooms, expanded business office, new optical lab,
expanded reception area, waiting, and display areas doubling the size of their existing offices.
This project was phased to create a new exam and waiting area while the existing business remained
in operation. The existing area was then completely renovated and the existing demising wall was
removed to create a new suite. The scope of work included custom cabinetry, display units, labs,
special electrical and plumbing work, and custom finishes.
