This design/build project was the addition of a much needed elevator to access the
multiple levels of the facility. The existing stairways up to the Sanctuary and down to the
remainder of the facility presented ADA barriers for the congregation and made it difficult to conduct
funerals. The installation of the multi-stop elevator eliminated these barriers.  The design and
construction involved a tremendous effort to blend the addition with existing building including the
stone work, doors, stained glass, and steeple construction.
