Work included demolition of the existing storefronts, revision and addition of the pipe column structure
to create additional lease space, fabrication and installation of steel plate and perforated steel canopies,
drywall soffits, carpeting, accent lighting, and stainless steel accents. This project included relocation
of existing ceiling hung features to allow clearance to install the new canopies.
