A new 5,000 square foot pediatric medial clinic tenant build out at the Nicolet Woods office building.
Scope of work included nurses stations, exam rooms, offices, laboratories, and file storage
areas. In addition to the construction of these areas, the project included structural floor
reinforcement within occupied tenant spaces for the filing system and unique wall and floor finishes. All
work was competed in a fast paced, eight week, schedule as this tenant was required to vacate their
previous location.
